titleOfInvention Rubber material for wear-resistant tire and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a rubber material for a wear-resistant tire, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of silicon rubber containing cyanogen sulfur boron fluoride, 40-50 parts of modified epoxy polybutadiene, 5-10 parts of molybdenum disulfide nano fiber and 15-20 parts of nano ZSm-5 molecular sieve. The preparation method of the rubber material for the wear-resistant tire comprises the following steps: according to the proportion, the silicon rubber containing the cyanogen sulfur boron fluoride and the modified epoxidized polybutadiene are put into an internal mixer to be mixed for 12-18 minutes, then the molybdenum disulfide nano-fiber is added to be mixed for 5-8 minutes, finally the nano-scale ZSm-5 molecular sieve is added to be continuously mixed for 3-5 minutes, and then the mixture is discharged to a cutting machine to be discharged, so that the rubber material for the wear-resistant tire is obtained. Compared with the rubber material in the prior art, the rubber material for the wear-resistant tire disclosed by the invention has the advantages of better ground gripping property and temperature resistance, more excellent wear resistance, weather resistance and flame retardance, higher strength and better rebound resilience.
