Among them, R is 4'-cyano-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl, 4'-cyano-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl, 3'-cyano- [1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl, 4-(pyrimidin-5-yl)phenyl, 3-(pyrimidin-5-yl)phenyl, 3',4'-dimethoxy-[ 1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl, 3',4'-dimethoxy-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl, naphthalene-1-yl, naphthalene-2-yl, [1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the derivative and its application as an HIV inhibitor in the preparation of anti-AIDS drugs.
