The invention discloses a whitening moisturizer which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of water, 2-6 parts of glycerol, 1-3 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 1-5 parts of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, 1-3 parts of surfactant, 0.02-0.06 part of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.02-0.06 part of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.02-0.06 part of nicotinamide, 0.03-0.09 part of licochalcone A, 0.02-0.06 part of allantoin, 0.02-0.06 part of tocopherol acetate, 1-2 parts of lanolin and 2-6 parts of mineral oil. The whitening moisturizer has a high-efficiency hydroxyl free radical elimination activity effect, obviously feels comfortable and soft after use, has no greasy feeling, can effectively eliminate melanin on the skin, whitens the skin, enables the skin to be smooth and beautiful, prevents wrinkles from being generated, and has no irritation to the skin; has obvious effects of sun protection, repair, moistening and skin care. |
