titleOfInvention absorbent articles
abstract An object of the present invention is to prevent backflow in an absorbent article using cotton fibers as a surface sheet, and to improve the absorption rate and reduce the diffusion range of urine in the surface sheet. The solution is an incontinence pad (1) that absorbs more than 20 cubic centimeters of urine volume for moderate use or more. The surface sheet (3) is formed by coating a spunlace nonwoven fabric with 100% by weight of cotton fibers with a water-repellent agent, and has a plurality of openings ( 10). The absorber is composed of pulp fibers that do not contain synthetic fibers and a superabsorbent polymer, the pulp fibers have a basis weight of 75 to 300 g/m 2 , and the superabsorbent polymer has a basis weight of 85 to 185 g/m 2 , and the ratio of the pulp fiber to the superabsorbent polymer is pulp fiber:superabsorbent polymer=70 to 30% by weight: 30 to 70% by weight.
