abstract | A chemical-physical method for producing mushroom enriched with bioactive substances comprises the following steps: prior to seeding, mycelium of the desired fungal species is isolated and developed, the substrate matures, the mycelium is seeded, as the fungal primordium develops, the cultivation is assisted and controlled by machinery and processors designed to regulate temperature, humidity and radiation, the carpophore develops, it is harvested, the carpophore is treated with pulsed light to stimulate the production of vitamin D2. Physical treatment was used by exposing the environment to an electromagnetic field (EMF) during all steps prior to collection, and chemical treatment was applied by adding egg powder to the substrate. According to the invention, after seeding of the mycelium, the matrix is enriched with inorganic trace elements, thus obtaining the result of a medicinal mushroom offering therapeutic capacity, in particular in the field of tumors, and in general against cell degeneration in various diseases. |
