abstract The invention discloses an iron salt-doped Spiro-OMeTAD hole transport layer and a solar cell containing the hole transport layer. The solar cell of the present invention comprises, from bottom to top, a conductive substrate, an electron transport layer, a mesoporous layer, a perovskite layer, a FeCl 3 doped Spiro-OMeTAD hole transport layer, and a metal electrode. The hole transport layer is obtained by adding the FeCl solution dropwise into the Spiro-OMeTAD solution and spin-coating the mixed solution onto the perovskite layer. The present invention uses FeCl3 as a dopant to dope Spiro-OMeTAD, which can greatly improve the energy conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells, and the device efficiency using the hole transport material can reach 17.2%.
