titleOfInvention Method for preparing alumina lath reinforced zirconia hollow heat-insulation fiber
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing alumina lath reinforced zirconia hollow fibers. Taking zirconium salt, aluminum salt and yttrium nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials, mixing the raw materials, and dissolving the mixture in an ethanol water solution to prepare a precursor solution; soaking the lalang grass rhizome fiber in the precursor liquid for a certain time, taking out and drying to obtain precursor fiber; sintering the precursor fiber in an oxygen-containing atmosphere to obtain the lath-shaped alumina reinforced zirconia hollow fiber. Compared with the solid zirconia fiber prepared by the traditional method, the zirconia fiber prepared by the invention is hollow, the structure can limit air in a pipe, the flow of heat flow is limited, and the heat insulation performance can be greatly improved; the lath-shaped alumina appears on the surface of the zirconia fiber prepared by the method, so that the bending strength of the fiber can be improved, and the problems of poor mechanical strength and easiness in crushing of a pure zirconia hollow fiber are solved; compared with the traditional granular or fibrous alumina, the lath-shaped alumina has better reinforcing effect, and the service performance of the fiber can be greatly improved.
