titleOfInvention | Esterase EstC11, and coding gene and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses esterase EstC11, a coding gene and application thereof.A esterase gene EstC11 is obtained by cloning from Bacillus thermophilus sp.CX01, the nucleotide sequence of the esterase gene EstC11 is shown as SEQ ID No.1, the total length of the esterase gene EstC11 is 717bp, the coded esterase gene EstC11 totally contains 238 amino acids, the amino acid sequence of the esterase gene EstC11 is shown as SEQ ID No.2, the esterase gene EstC11 is connected with an expression vector pET-28 α (+), then transformed into Escherichia coli BL21(DE3), and after culture and induced expression, the recombinant esterase EstC 11. EstC11 can catalyze ester hydrolysis, esterification and/or transesterification, and EstC11 is used as a catalyst to split (+/-) -styroform acetate through hydrolysis, so that R-styroform acetate with the optical purity of 98% and the yield of 39% can be prepared. |
