abstract | The invention discloses a plant polysaccharide sound-absorbing noise-reducing aerogel material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the plant polysaccharide sound-absorbing noise-reducing aerogel material comprises starch, konjac glucomannan, glycerol, auxiliary glue, straws, inorganic fillers and the like in a certain proportion, and comprises the following steps: A. adding deionized water into glycerol, and stirring at a certain rotation speed to obtain a mixture; B. adding starch, konjac glucomannan, auxiliary glue, straw and inorganic filler into the mixture, and rapidly stirring at normal temperature to obtain a mixed solution; C. moving the mixture into a constant-temperature water bath kettle, uniformly stirring the mixed solution obtained in the step B, and pouring the prepared gel into a mold to be cooled into gel; D. and (3) freeze drying: pre-freezing in refrigerator, freeze-drying in freeze-drying machine with vacuum degree lower than 200pa and temperature of-20 deg.C to 60 deg.C to obtain plant polysaccharide aerogel. The environment-friendly material has the advantages of reducing noise pollution, adopting environment-friendly raw materials, releasing no harmful substances, being easy to cut and construct, being easy to degrade, having no pollution to the environment and being environment-friendly. |
