The primer pair for molecular markers is HLJFLf1 and HLJFLr1. The kit includes molecular marker primer pair HLJFLf1 and HLJFLr1. The methods for distinguishing are as follows: 1. Extract fin ray DNA; 2. Perform PCR amplification with HLJFLf1 and HLJFLr1 as primers; 3. Use restriction endonuclease TaqI to digest the PCR product; 4. Electrophoresis detection. The individual corresponding to the 180bp double band is Heilongjiang triangular bream. The method of the invention can quickly, efficiently and stably distinguish the representative geographic populations of Heilongjiang triangular bream and southern bream without hybridization.
