The processing method of the fiber-based porous material comprises the steps of mixing the components according to the weight ratio, molding the mixture into a required shape and size by a mold, and performing molding processing by a microwave heating or mold pressing heating method, wherein the microwave intensity of the microwave processing method is 800-150 kw, and the time range is 1-30 min; when the processing method of mould pressing heating is adopted, the processing temperature range is 120-300 ℃, the pressure range is 1-7 MPa, and the time range is 1-30 min. The invention not only solves the energy crisis and avoids the environmental pollution, but also can improve the value of the fibrous material, and is a packaging buffer material with great practical application prospect. |
