abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a multi-block temperature-sensitive material containing maleic anhydride, which comprises the following steps: synthesizing a maleic anhydride-polyoxyethylene-oxypropylene block copolymer (MA-Fm-MA); purifying a crude product; synthesizing PLGA-MA-Fm-MA-PLGA; preparing a nanogel material; preparation of physical gel. According to the invention, through a nano gel technology and a macroscopic physical gel synthesis technology, the drug loading capacity of the hydrophobic segment micelle is improved, and the drug release controllability is improved. In the synthesis of the temperature-sensitive material, a novelty introduced functional monomer is used as an activator of a macromonomer on one hand, and a series of copolymers are formed by utilizing a ring-opening polymerization mode of lactide and the like by utilizing a cyclic anhydride structure contained in a molecule; on the other hand, unsaturated double bonds contained in the functional monomers are utilized to form chemical crosslinking among macromolecular chains forming the nanogel, so that a stable three-dimensional network structure is formed, and the stability of the system is improved. |
