abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing tussah silk fibroin peptide by step temperature-controlled hydrolysis, which comprises the following steps in sequence: taking degummed tussah silk and phosphoric acid with the mass concentration of 85% according to the mass ratio of 1: 9-10, and reacting for 3-5 days at 10-25 ℃ to obtain a silk dissolving solution; carrying out hydrolysis reaction on the silk dissolving solution at least three temperature points within 40-100 ℃, wherein the three temperature points are from low to high and have gradient of 20-30 ℃, and each temperature point is subjected to hydrolysis reaction for 1-6 hours; stopping heating, adjusting the acidity to 50%, and naturally cooling; desalting, concentrating and drying to obtain tussah silk fibroin peptide. |
