titleOfInvention A kind of foaming agent and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of a foaming agent. The biurea aqueous solution comprising the biuret and the thickening agent is mixed with sodium bromide, a co-catalyst and a foaming agent to obtain a precursor solution, wherein the biuret aqueous solution is obtained. The pH value of the catalyst is 1-2; the cocatalyst is ferric salt; hydrogen peroxide with a mass fraction of 25-35% is added dropwise to the precursor solution to carry out oxidation reaction to obtain primary crystals; the dropping rate is 0.6-0.7mL /min; drying the primary crystals to obtain a foaming agent. The results of the examples prove that the average particle size of the azodicarbonamide foaming agent prepared by the preparation method provided by the present invention is 100-600 nm, and the particle size distribution is relatively narrow. The present invention also provides the foaming agent obtained by the preparation method described in the above technical solution, wherein the particle size of the foaming agent is 100-600 nm. The present invention also provides the application of the foaming agent in the preparation of foamed materials.
