titleOfInvention Method for separating 9-fluorenone and 2-bromo-9-fluorenone
abstract The invention belongs to the field of organic matter purification operation, and particularly relates to a method for separating 9-fluorenone and 2-bromo-9-fluorenone. Completely dissolving 9-fluorenone and 2-bromo-9-fluorenone in a solvent p-xylene to obtain a solution; taking a supernatant solution, putting the supernatant solution into a zone melting test tube, and condensing; adding a solvent p-xylene into the zone melting test tube, and continuing condensation treatment until the mixture is completely solidified; performing zone melting purification experiment, wherein the zone melting times are 5 times, the experiment temperature of the purification instrument is adjusted to 60-70 ℃ in the first 2 times, the experiment speed is 9-11mm/h, the experiment temperature of the purification instrument is adjusted to 40-45 ℃ in the last 3 times, and the experiment speed is 6-8 mm/h; labeling the zone melting test tubes in sections; the solvent p-xylene was removed from each sample and tested by HPLC. The invention solves the problems of impurity burnout and thermal decomposition and supersaturation in the zone melting of 9-fluorenone and 2-bromo-9-fluorenone.
