The culture medium provided by the invention is used for full suspension culture of MDCK, does not generate side effects accompanied with protein components, has good safety, small difference of different batches, low cost, favorable separation of downstream products of cells and good safety, and is suitable for producing biological products such as vaccines and the like. The culture medium can not only reduce the aggregation phenomenon of the cells during culture, but also further increase the hypoxia tolerance of the cells and increase the cell survival rate. |
