abstract | The invention relates to a beneficiation method of high-argillaceous and high-alkaline gangue low-grade refractory copper oxide ore, belonging to the technical field of beneficiation. The copper oxide raw ore is pulped, and the concentration of ore pulp is 20-28%; stirring the ore pulp uniformly, then carrying out weak magnetic separation to remove strong magnetic minerals to obtain weak magnetic separation tailings, carrying out high-gradient strong magnetic separation pre-enrichment and discarding tailings on the weak magnetic separation tailings to obtain strong magnetic separation rough concentrates and strong magnetic separation tailings; carrying out oxygen-sulfur bulk flotation after the strong magnetic flotation rough concentrate is ground to obtain oxygen-sulfur bulk concentrate and oxygen-sulfur bulk scavenging tailings; and carrying out wet leaching on the oxygen-sulfur mixed scavenging tailings. The method is beneficial to improving the mineral dressing indexes of high-argillaceous, high-alkalinity gangue and low-grade copper oxide ores, the total recovery rate of copper is more than 89%, the adaptability is strong, and the industrial implementation is easy. |
