abstract The invention discloses a workpiece polishing detection method. The method is characterized in that a measuring head is fixedly connected to the lower end of a piston of a cylinder, when the cylinder moves to a lower limit position, the measuring head measures the surface of a workpiece in a contact mode to obtain pose data, a transformation matrix between a theoretical workpiece coordinate system and a machine tool coordinate system is obtained through calculation by adopting a least square method, and the process of adjusting the pose of the workpiece is omitted; the laser range finder is located right below the Z direction of the polishing head, continuously scans the surface of the workpiece to obtain polishing tracks with equal normal intervals, checks the correctness of the conversion of a coordinate system when the position and the posture of the workpiece are not adjusted, checks the correctness of the polishing numerical control program with the equal normal intervals, and verifies the matching of the polishing numerical control program and the servo performance of the machine tool. The method saves the auxiliary time of the polishing process, ensures the equal normal interval polishing in the polishing process, and improves the reliability of polishing removal, the controllability of polishing quality and the efficiency of the polishing process.
