titleOfInvention Method for rapidly detecting yellowing of white fabric over time
abstract The invention relates to a method for rapidly detecting yellowing of white fabrics with time, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a sample; 2) whiteness test before treatment; 3) combining samples: respectively placing three 50ml beakers containing 40ml of tertiary water into one side of the bottom of a sealed tank, folding the sample twice, and loosely placing the sample in a 1L sealed tank; 4) high-temperature high-humidity treatment: putting the sealed tank into an oven at 70 + -1 deg.C for 60h + -5 min, taking out, and naturally drying at room temperature; 5) testing whiteness after treatment; 6) and (3) calculating: the difference between the pre-treatment and post-treatment whiteness values is the yellowing over time, resulting in a modification to 0.1. The testing principle of the invention is that the sample is treated for 60 hours under high temperature and high humidity to simulate the whiteness value of white fabrics stored and placed for 2 years under indoor natural light, so that producers can test the yellowing conditions of various fiber fabrics and various additives in advance. The detection method has the advantages of good stability, high accuracy, good reproducibility, short time and simple operation.
