abstract | The invention discloses an environment-friendly anti-UV flame-retardant polyethylene material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the environment-friendly anti-UV flame-retardant polyethylene material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: LDPE (Low-Density polyethylene): 90-95 parts; decabromodiphenylethane: 2.5-4.5 parts; antimony trioxide: 0.8-2.0 parts; antioxidant: 0.2-0.5 part; anti-UV agent: 0.2-0.8 part; titanium dioxide: 0.5-2.0 parts; lubricant: 0.3 to 0.7 portion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) adding LDPE, decabromodiphenylethane, antimony trioxide, titanium dioxide and a lubricant into a high-speed stirrer, uniformly mixing, adding an antioxidant and an anti-UV agent, and uniformly mixing; 2) and (2) transferring the material obtained in the step 1) into a co-rotating double-screw extruder, mixing and extruding, cooling, and then bracing, granulating and screening. The environment-friendly anti-UV flame-retardant polyethylene material disclosed by the invention is excellent in flame retardant property, excellent in anti-UV aging resistance, good in weather resistance, not easy to fade and discolor, simple in preparation method, low in production cost and easy to carry out industrial large-scale production. |
