titleOfInvention Method for improving non-specific immunity of mice with low immunity model
abstract The invention relates to the field of model animals, in particular to a method for improving the non-specific immunity of a low-immunity model mouse, which comprises the following steps: a) preparing euphausia superba protein peptide mixtures (KPPs): carrying out enzymolysis on minced meat of antarctic krill by adopting alkaline protease until the hydrolysis degree of an enzymolysis solution is 32-36%, and drying to prepare the protein-peptide mixture (KPPs) of the antarctic krill; b) and c, gavage the antarctic krill protein peptide mixture (KPPs) obtained in the step a to the immune hypofunction model mouse, wherein the gavage amount is 20-60g/kg, and the gavage period is 14-28 days. The invention has the advantages that: provides a method which can effectively improve the nonspecific immunity of animals with low immunity and solve the subsequent health problems caused by low immunity.
