| abstract | In order to meet the growing demand of protected land planting, the solar greenhouse in China develops rapidly and becomes the country with the largest facility cultivation area in the world. Because ginseng is a yin-living plant, the biological characteristics of ginseng per se have special requirements on ecological environments such as soil, temperature and humidity, illumination and the like. The invention aims to overcome the defects in production and provides a method for planting ginseng in a protected area by utilizing a sunlight greenhouse, which comprises the steps of (1) area selection, (2) sunlight greenhouse construction and management, (3) ginseng soil preparation, (4) seedling selection and transplantation, (5) growth period management, (6) pest control, (7) ginseng root harvesting and processing and the like. The invention provides an innovative production mode which better meets the requirements of the ginseng growth environment, improves the planting technical level and ensures the upgrading and the continuous development of the ginseng industrialization. |
