abstract The invention provides a kind of internal reference gene of A. aeruginosa beetle, and the internal reference gene is ribosomal protein L23 (RPL23), ADP ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) and ribosomal protein L3 (RPL3); wherein the nucleotide sequence of RPL23 The list is shown in SEQ ID NO:1, the nucleotide sequence list of ARF6 is shown in SEQ ID NO:2, and the nucleotide sequence list of RPL3 is shown in SEQ ID NO:3. The present invention solves the current situation that there is no reliable internal reference gene in the existing fluorescent quantitative PCR experiment of A. aeruginosa; the screened internal reference gene is suitable for analyzing the expression levels of functional genes in different development stages or different tissue parts of A. aeruginosa, and can improve detection results reliability, stability and repeatability.
