The base oil, the thickening agent, the solid lubricant, the antioxidant, the preservative and the dispersant are combined in a specific ratio to obtain the sealed air valve grease, so that the good colloid stability can be maintained, the effects of no oil separation, shear resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, no corrosion to metal parts and the like can be achieved, the hydrophobic white carbon black in the thickening agent is used, a volatile polar auxiliary agent is not required to be added in the formula, and the dispersant is added to reduce the surface tension, improve the solubility of the solid lubricant in the base oil, form a stable system and improve the oil separation phenomenon, so that the comprehensive performance of the sealed air valve grease is improved. |
