A flame-retardant modified thermal expansion microsphere comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of thermal expansion microspheres, 5-30 parts of liquid phosphorus-containing flame retardant and 0.5-5 parts of silane coupling agent. The liquid phosphorus-containing flame retardant selected by the invention has good compatibility with the thermal expansion microspheres, does not contain halogen, and meets the requirements of environmental protection and no toxicity. The liquid phosphorus-containing flame retardant is attached to the surface of the thermal expansion microsphere under the action of the silane coupling agent and the diluent, so that the flame retardant effect of the flame-retardant modified thermal expansion microsphere is better and can reach the UL94V-0 grade. The flame-retardant modified thermal expansion microsphere obtained by the invention has good compatibility and dispersibility in plastics, adhesives and coatings, is beneficial to increasing the addition amount of powder microsphere materials in main plastics, adhesives and coatings, and has wide application field. |
