abstract | The invention relates to the field of ethylene propylene rubber preparation, in particular to a catalyst removal method of ethylene propylene rubber glue solution containing vanadium catalyst, ethylene propylene rubber and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst removing method of the ethylene propylene rubber glue solution of the vanadium-containing catalyst comprises the following steps: under the first stirring condition, carrying out first mixing on the ethylene propylene rubber glue solution and a first aqueous extracting agent; under the second stirring condition, carrying out second mixing on the mixture obtained by the first mixing and a second aqueous extracting agent; wherein the linear speed of the first stirring end is 20-60m/min, the linear speed of the second stirring end is 10-40m/min, and the linear speed of the first stirring end is greater than the linear speed of the second stirring end. The vanadium catalyst has simple and high-efficiency removal process, and can be applied to the continuous removal process of ethylene propylene rubber catalysts in a mold test, a pilot test and an industrialized scale. |
