abstract | The present invention discloses a bispecific antibody comprising an antigen-binding domain (abbreviated R domain) that specifically binds to a tumor cell surface antigen molecule and an antigen-binding domain (abbreviated I domain) that specifically binds to an immune cell (e.g. T cell, NKT cell and/or CIK cell), said I domain being linked to the R domain either directly or via a linking peptide. The invention provides a bispecific antibody taking ROBO1 as a target spot, which can be simultaneously combined with a CD3 molecule on the surface of a T cell and a ROBO1 molecule on the surface of a tumor cell, thereby shortening the distance between the tumor cell and the T cell, rapidly activating a static T cell, rapidly and effectively killing the tumor cell, and providing a new way for developing an anti-tumor (highly expressed by ROBO1 molecules) medicament. |
