abstract The present invention provides a kind of zinc metal complex, prepares and its in fluorescence probe application.The chemical formula of the complex is [Zn 2 (BIP) 2 (TADDPA)·(H 2 O) 2 ] n ;Wherein, H 4 TADDPA=5,5 ' (1,2,4 triazol radical) 1,3,1 ', 3 ' benzene first tetracid, BIP=1,4 to (1 imidazoles).The zinc metal complex passes through TADDPA for zinc ion 4‑ , the self assembly of BIP ligands form tridimensional network.Experimental configuration shows:The Zn complex shows very strong luminescent properties, to iron ion (Fe 3+ ), dichromate ion (Cr 2 O 7 2‑ ) and nitrofurazone (NZF) show apparent Fluorescence quenching effect.The Zn complex can be used as Fe 3+ 、Cr 2 O 7 2‑ With the fluorescence probe of NZF, there is potential application value in environmental monitoring and life science.The fluorescence probe synthesis technology is simple, and reaction condition is mild, easy to use, and detection is sensitive, and the detection for harmful substance in environment provides a kind of new means, while the application for being also porous material in environmental project provides new thinking.
