abstract | The invention relates to a method for synthesizing 2-site quaternary carbon indole-3-ketone compounds with high efficiency and simple operation. The method takes peroxide as an oxidant, utilizes 2-substituted indole and indole compounds to carry out intermolecular reaction, namely, adds substrate 2-substituted indole and indole compounds into a reaction bottle filled with the oxidant and a solvent, carries out reaction for 1-48 h in an oil bath at 60-140 ℃, cools to room temperature after the reaction is finished, adds saturated sodium bicarbonate to carry out quenching reaction, and then carries out extraction, separation and concentration to obtain the product 2-quaternary carbon indole-3-ketone compound, wherein the yield is up to 96 percent. |
