titleOfInvention Thermal fatigue resistant nickel-based composite coating for monitoring surface damage process of diesel engine cylinder cover and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a thermal fatigue resistant nickel-based composite coating, a preparation method and application thereof, the method comprises the steps of cladding mixed powder on the surface of a substrate to obtain the nickel-based composite coating; the mixed powder comprises nickel chromium boron silicon powder, molybdenum powder and cerium dioxide powder. The nickel-based composite coating has excellent thermal fatigue resistance and is beneficial to the application in the preparation and repair of workpieces. Further, compared with the existing composite coating, the composite coating is preferably prepared by plasma cladding, the application background is generally a gray cast iron cylinder cover, the nickel-based alloy is tightly combined with a substrate, the porosity is low, the cohesiveness is excellent, the composite coating is easy to grind and polish to very low surface roughness, and particularly, the thermal fatigue resistance is more excellent. The nickel-based composite coating repaired cylinder cover prepared by the embodiment of the invention has the advantage that the mileage of the repaired cylinder cover can be increased from 10 kilometers to 16 kilometers.
