abstract The invention discloses a recombinant escherichia coli for producing cinnamyl alcohol and a cloisonne, a construction method and application thereof, wherein the construction method of the recombinant escherichia coli for producing cinnamyl alcohol comprises the following steps: phenylalanine ammonia lyase PAL, p-hydroxycinnamic acid coenzyme A ligase 4CL and cinnamoyl coenzyme A reductase CCR are introduced into the escherichia coli to obtain the recombinant escherichia coli for producing cinnamyl alcohol. The escherichia coli is used as a model organism, has clear background, fast growth, easy large-scale fermentation culture and low cost; the invention obtains the escherichia coli for producing the complexa-aglycon cinnamyl alcohol by constructing a cinnamyl alcohol synthesis path, wherein the cinnamyl alcohol yield reaches 300 mg/L; UDP glucosyltransferase is further introduced to organically combine the vein plug with the biosynthesis pathway of cinnamyl alcohol, and the yield of the vein plug can reach 280mg/L at most. The invention lays a foundation for the large-scale industrial production of the cinnamyl alcohol and/or the road plug.
