titleOfInvention | Preparation method of oxygen reduction catalyst |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an efficient low-cost oxygen reduction catalyst, which comprises the following steps: step one, cleaning the recycled corn straws and cutting the corn straws into small pieces of 2 cm; step two, mixing the straw powder prepared in the step one with an activating agent in a proportion of 1: 3, dissolving the mixture in water and stirring for 24 hours, washing the mixture with deionized water until the pH value is 7 after acid washing to obtain the carbon material with a spongy structure with high specific surface area; step three, mixing the carbon material processed in the step two in a ratio of 1: 2: 0.1, mixing the nitrogen precursor and the cobalt precursor, dissolving the mixture in water to uniformly mix the mixture, and performing pyrolysis; and step four, pickling the product obtained in the step three with 3mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, and then washing the product with deionized water until the pH value is 7 to obtain the nitrogen and cobalt element doped oxygen reduction catalyst. Has the advantages that: can change the waste of the corn straws into valuable, solves the problem of environmental pollution, and has the advantages of convenient use, no potential safety hazard, wide source, low price and the like. |
