titleOfInvention | Buffer material capable of being used in wide temperature range and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of functional materials, and discloses a buffer material capable of being used in a wide temperature range, and a preparation method and application thereof. The buffer material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of Voranol CP 3322 polyether triol, 3.0-4.5 parts of water, 1.4 parts of silicone oil DC-1901.0, 0.06-0.08 part of 33% triethylene diamine solution by mass, 0.12 part of stannous octoate and 42.7-53.6 parts of TDI prepolymer of POSS-based polyether. The raw materials are mixed and then foamed at 60 ℃ to prepare the buffer material which can be used in a wide temperature range. The buffer material of the invention can have a wider range of use temperature, and the performance at low temperature is superior to that of the common buffer material. |
