titleOfInvention | Two ACE-inhibiting peptides derived from Atlantic trout collagen |
abstract | The invention discloses two ACE inhibitory peptides derived from Atlantic trout collagen, namely IGPR and PGAR. ACE inhibitory peptide belongs to an active peptide with functions of preventing and treating hypertension. The invention mainly utilizes various online databases to perform enzymatic hydrolysis on known protein sequences, and performs high activity screening on the peptide sequences obtained after the enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain efficient ACE inhibitory active peptide sequences. The obtained peptide sequence was chemically synthesized, and its in vitro ACE inhibitory activity was verified by high performance liquid chromatography. The two peptide sequences provided by the present invention can be used to develop food and health care products with blood pressure regulating effect. |
