titleOfInvention A kind of continuous preparation method of DL-Muscone
abstract The invention discloses a continuous preparation method of DL-muskone. This preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving 2,15-hexadecanedione in an aprotic solvent, then reacting continuously in a fixed-bed cyclization reactor, and cyclizing under the action of a cyclization catalyst to generate 3 ‑Methylcyclopentadecenone analogs; 2) after the 3‑methylcyclopentacenone analogs are desolvated, they are dissolved in a protic solvent, and then under the action of a hydrogenation catalyst, they are mixed with hydrogen in a fixed bed Continuous reaction in the hydrogenation reactor to obtain muskone; 3) desolventizing the product obtained in step 2) and performing continuous chromatographic separation, and the product solution containing DL muskone is desolvated to obtain a DL muskone product. The method for preparing DL-Muskone of the present invention has high process stability and high product yield, can realize continuous production of DL-Muskone, greatly reduces its production cost and improves the effective production capacity of the device.
