titleOfInvention Method for synthesizing solid waste hierarchical porous block ECR-1 zeolite
abstract The invention discloses a method for synthesizing solid waste hierarchical porous block ECR-1 zeolite molecular sieve, which comprises the steps of putting aqueous solution of silica fume, metakaolin, mordenite seed crystal and sodium hydroxide into a stirring device, stirring to form slurry, and obtaining a block through mould forming, maintenance and demoulding; then, putting the block in a reaction kettle for crystallization to obtain a multi-stage pore block ECR-1 zeolite molecular sieve; wherein: the mass ratio of the silica fume, the metakaolin, the mordenite seed crystal, the solid sodium hydroxide and the deionized water is 2.3:1:0.2:0.5: 1.57. the template agent is not required to be added in the preparation process, so that high energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by high-temperature roasting and decomposition of the organic template agent are avoided; meanwhile, the synthesized block molecular sieve overcomes many troubles of filtering, separating and the like of powder particles in the application process; the synthesis process has simple process, low cost and greatly shortened crystallization time, and can realize the high value-added utilization of industrial solid wastes and natural minerals.
