titleOfInvention | Application of artificial peptide aptamer to inhibition of fusarium oxysporum |
abstract | The invention relates to an application of a peptide aptamer in preparation of biological agents, pesticides or protective agents for inhibiting or resisting fusarium oxysporum. The peptide aptamer comprises a variable peptide segment, wherein the variable peptide segment has an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 1 or a variant thereof, or is encoded by a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 2 or a variant thereof. Preferably, the peptide aptamer of the present invention has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3 or a variant thereof, or is encoded by a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 4 or a variant thereof. In particular, the invention relates to the application of the peptide aptamer in preparing biological agents, pesticides or protective agents for preventing and treating plant diseases (such as fusarium wilt) caused by fusarium oxysporum, especially the application in preventing and treating banana fusarium wilt. |
