abstract | The invention relates to a method for synthesizing lignin bromide, which solves the technical problems that organic solvents are mostly adopted in the synthesis process of modified lignin bromide in the prior art, the synthesis cost is high, and the transparency of the synthesized lignin bromide is poor. The invention provides a method for synthesizing lignin bromide, which comprises the following steps: adding lignin, water and an inorganic strong acid catalyst into a reaction container, heating to 40-50 ℃, and then adding excessive bromine for reaction for 2-4 hours; and continuously heating to 60-70 ℃, reacting for 5-8 h, removing the residual bromine after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH of the system to be neutral by using an alkaline substance, adding peroxide, stirring, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a lignin bromide product. The invention is widely applied to the field of modification of natural polymer materials. |
