titleOfInvention | Efficient sewage treatment flocculant and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-efficiency sewage treatment flocculant, which comprises the following steps: 1) vinyl modified amino-alpha, beta, gamma-cyclodextrin; 2) preparing a flocculating agent: mixing and ultrasonically treating vinyl modified amino-alpha, beta, gamma-cyclodextrin, (3-acryloyloxypropyl) tri (trimethylsiloxy) silane, tri (2-acryloyloxyethyl) isocyanurate, N- [3- (2-furyl) acryloyl ] -L-phenylalanyl-glycyl-glycine, an aluminum-based metal organic framework, a photoinitiator and an emulsifier for 5-12 minutes, then placing the mixture into a mold, and reacting the mixture for 42-50 minutes under the atmosphere of nitrogen or inert gas and ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 180-230 nm; 3) and (4) ion exchange. The invention also discloses the high-efficiency sewage treatment flocculant prepared by the preparation method of the high-efficiency sewage treatment flocculant. Compared with the traditional flocculating agent in the prior art, the high-efficiency sewage treatment flocculating agent has the advantages of better flocculation effect, smaller using amount, quicker flocculation speed, more stable performance and safer and more environment-friendly use. |
