titleOfInvention | Biosensor for detecting oxytetracycline |
abstract | The invention provides a biosensor for detecting terramycin, which comprises nanogold for modifying a substrate probe (S1) and a terramycin complete antigen; the sequence of the S1 is shown in SEQ No.1, and the 5' end of the S1 is modified with sulfydryl (-SH). The content of the oxytetracycline in the solution can be measured by using the biosensor and adopting a standard curve method. The biosensor has the advantages of high specificity, good sensitivity, stable performance and good repeatability; the reaction condition is mild, and the reaction speed is high; the detection method is simple and convenient to operate and short in detection period. |
