titleOfInvention | Alkenyl-terminated nonionic waterborne polyurethane modified acrylate emulsion and preparation method thereof |
abstract | Firstly, preparing a double-bond-containing nonionic aqueous polyurethane monomer by using terminal alkenyl polyglycol ether, diisocyanate, micromolecular dihydric alcohol and micromolecular trihydric alcohol as raw materials, and then carrying out emulsion polymerization on an acrylate monomer and the prepared terminal alkenyl nonionic aqueous polyurethane monomer to obtain an aqueous polyurethane modified acrylate emulsion; compared with the conventional waterborne polyurethane, the preparation method is simple and rapid, the energy consumption is lower, no solvent is needed, the environment is friendly, the non-ionic waterborne polyurethane does not contain carboxylate ions, the water absorption rate is greatly reduced, and after the composite emulsion obtained by graft polymerization of the acrylate and the terminal alkenyl non-ionic waterborne polyurethane is formed into a film, the mechanical property, the weather resistance, the water resistance and the comprehensive performance are obviously improved. |
