The method comprises the following steps: adding raw materials and aryl hydrazide into a reactor, and reacting for 8-24h at 60-100 ℃ under the condition of adding an oxidant and a transition metal catalyst. And after the reaction is finished, carrying out suction filtration, extracting the filtrate by using ethyl acetate, drying to obtain a crude product of the target compound, and carrying out silica gel column chromatography to obtain a pure product of the target compound. The arylation preparation method of the five-membered aromatic heterocycle or the aromatic ring and five-membered heterocycle provided by the invention is scientific and reasonable, and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, higher yield, easy amplification and purification and the like. |
