titleOfInvention A class of catechol derivatives and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a class of catechol derivatives and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) using an aryl phenolic compound as a substrate and 2-chloro-5-nitropyrimidine as a guiding group. The redistilled tetrahydrofuran solvent ice bath is slowly added to sodium hydride under the condition of nitrogen gas to react to obtain the pyrimidine aryl phenolic compound intermediate; (2) using iodobenzenediacetic acid as the oxidant and palladium acetate as the catalyst to catalyze the pyrimidine The aryl compound intermediate is subjected to a C-H activation reaction in a solvent, drained, and chromatographically separated and purified to obtain an acetoxylated aniline derivative; (3) using hydrazine hydrate to dissolve the acetoxylated aniline derivative in THF Reaction in solvent, quenching, washing and extraction, drying, pumping to dryness, chromatographic separation and purification to obtain o-aminophenol derivatives. The first two steps of the present invention can be realized in one pot, and even small-scale mass production above the "gram" level can be achieved.
