titleOfInvention | Application of PR-957 in preparing medicine for treating cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury |
abstract | The invention provides application of PR-957 in preparing a medicine for treating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. The technical scheme takes an MCAO animal model as an experimental object, and utilizes PR-957 to investigate the effect of immunoproteasome in ischemic stroke. The experimental result shows that PR-957 treatment can reduce phosphorylation level of STAT3, and further cause the reduction of transcription levels of ROR gamma t and IL-17, so that Th17 differentiation is inhibited, intracerebral inflammatory response is reduced, cerebral infarction volume is reduced, and neurological function deficiency is reduced. Therefore, PR-957 plays a key role in regulating the inflammatory state of helper T cells after ischemic stroke of mice and can be used as a therapeutic means for relieving brain injury after ischemic stroke. |
