On the basis of knocking xylA, yjhH and yagE out in escherichia coli and overexpressing mdLC and xdh, further knocking out more than one of 2-keto acid reductase gene, pyruvaldehyde synthase gene, transaminase gene, transhydrogenase gene, acetate kinase gene and phosphotransacetylase gene; and/or over-expressing more than one of a xylonate dehydratase gene, an alcohol dehydrogenase gene and a 6-phosphate-glucose dehydrogenase gene to obtain the recombinant escherichia coli. The xylose is used as a basic substrate, glucose, acetic acid and glycerol can be added to form a composite substrate, and the D-1,2, 4-butanetriol biosynthesized by the recombinant escherichia coli has few byproducts. The preparation method is simple, short in production period and low in cost, and has good industrial development and application prospects. |
