The present invention provides a system and method of forming a personalized immunotherapeutic composition comprising a therapeutic vaccine for a subject suffering from a disease or condition A delivery vector comprising a gene expression construct expressing a peptide associated with one or more neo-epitopes or a peptide containing a mutation specific for a cancer or unhealthy tissue of the subject. The present invention also provides a scalable, fully enclosed, single-use cell growth system in which the entire process of manufacturing a personalized immunotherapeutic composition up to and including dispensing the composition into a container for patient delivery is performed in a single within a closed fluid flow path. |
