abstract In one or more embodiments of the present invention, a method is provided, the method comprising the following steps of administering to a cancer patient: (a) a long-acting IL-2Rβ selective agonist in an IL-2Rβ activation amount; and ( b) Long-acting IL-15 fraction of IL-15R activating dose. In one or more embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a composition comprising: an IL-2Rβ-activating amount of a long-acting IL-2Rβ selective agonist; and an IL-15R-activating amount of a long-acting IL ‑15 part. In one or more embodiments of the present invention, a kit is provided, the kit comprising: a long-acting IL-2Rβ selective agonist with an IL-2Rβ activation dose; a long-acting IL-15R activation dose with IL-15R Part 15; and instructions for use of the IL-2Rβ selective agonist and the long-acting IL-15 part.
