abstract |
A multiple launch fixture includes a hollow outer shaft, a reloader, a reloader motion assembly, a guide rail, and a securing structure each defining an interior securing aperture. The reloader moves longitudinally within the outer shaft and has a distal end shaped to temporarily contact one of the fixation structures. The rails are provided within the reloader and have mounting locations. The fixed structure is arranged on the guide rail. The reloader movement assembly longitudinally moves the reloader in the distal direction to deliver the first fixation structure from the first proximal position to the installation position and move the reloader away from the first fixation structure without the first fixation structure The mounting position is moved proximally to a position where the distal end of the reloader temporarily contacts a second one of the fixation structures. The second and successive fixed structures are moved to the installation position one at a time. |
