titleOfInvention Oil and rust removing cleaning solution and use method thereof
abstract An oil and rust removing cleaning solution and a using method thereof, wherein the cleaning solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: a first component comprising: 5-30% of inorganic acid, 0.2-0.5% of slow-release fog inhibitor and 0.5-5% of ammonium molybdate; a second component comprising: 0.2-1% of anionic surfactant and 0.5-1.5% of nonionic surfactant; and the balance being water. The cleaning solution is applied by replenishing the second component for each first period of use and replenishing the first component for each second period of use, the second period being longer than the first period. The oil and rust removing cleaning solution has a self-expanding function, and can deposit oily components in the used cleaning solution in time, so that the service life of the cleaning solution is greatly prolonged, and a foundation is laid for the real industrial application of the one-step process in the oil and rust removing process.
