abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an adhesion promoter for addition type organic silicon packaging adhesive. The method comprises the steps of uniformly stirring silane, hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane and an end sealing agent at room temperature, adding a catalyst and deionized water, reacting for 1-7 hours at 20-80 ℃, then adding epoxy silane, ester-based silane and the end sealing agent, reacting for 1-8 hours at 50-90 ℃, and finally removing low-boiling-point substances to obtain the adhesion promoter. The preparation method is simple, can prevent side reactions such as ring opening of epoxy groups in one-step reaction, is environment-friendly, and is easy to realize large-scale production. The adhesion promoter prepared by the invention has good compatibility with addition type organic silicon packaging adhesive and obvious tackifying effect. |
